Regional Sales Manager BeNeLux

You are responsible for leading and developing our regional sales activities, combining strategic direction with hands-on commercial leadership. You work closely with your sales team, customers, and internal stakeholders to drive sustainable growth, always with a practical mindset and a collaborative approach.
This role is on-site in Budel. We value working together, sharing ideas, and building success as a team.

What you will be doing?
Define and execute the sales strategy for the BeNeLux region.
Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and partners.
Identify new business opportunities and translate them into results.
Drive revenue growth and market share in line with company objectives.
Ensure a strong customer experience and close alignment with internal teams.
What you bring
Proven experience in sales leadership, sales operations, and revenue growth.
Strong people management skills and a natural leadership style.
Solid background in business development and strategic sales.
Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, pragmatic attitude.
A customer-focused mindset and excellent relationship-building skills.
Fluency in English and at least one BeNeLux language.
Experience in the educational (technology) sector is an advantage.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Where will you be working?
You will lead our sales team of more than 10 colleagues who are commercially active across the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.
The team works according to the principle of “feet on the street”, meaning you regularly visit customers to professionally demonstrate our hardware and software on location. The aim is to clearly translate the educational value of our products and services into practical, visual solutions for schools.
Our headquarters are located in Budel. Each week, you will spend one day at our head office for an interactive sales meeting with the team.
